Every software is blessed with bugs (its part and parcel of software industry because testing scope and practical implementation have cross join effect on the module)

Its needed to talk to one bug and fix should speak within the scope of the said bug and nothing else (ofcourse it should not break any existing flows), but its a tendency to fix the product by fixing single bug... and this leads to complexion in various level)

Anyway industry is still learning

Example - automobile dealers do not earn while selling the car , they earn during its maintenance.

Actually it is hard to convince people who do not belong to our field. The complexity of code and the variety of issues associated with it just pass from above the head of other people. Finally, what they want is a website that looks attractive in front how-so-ever flaws it may have in the back-end.

The scenario mentioned is dot to dot same as what I experienced in my previous company, Worst was management was more interested in holding weekly meeting to pinpoint weakness and scold the group just like school goers, instead of finding fault in system and plugging it.

Fault finding was an insult to Management, so it was discouraged.

You are lucky management listened to you, I was not because my tools were rejected and overlooked as it would bring selected few in open with respect to their output.

Anyway..... I am happy at my current location.... everything is goes as per plan and a system.
